About 180 Development

Our passion is found in “turning OKC around” with the focus on the Urban core through infill building, density, and envisioning projects in different ways. 180 develops commercial and residential properties where the community can grow organically. 180 is a boutique self-performing holding company with an emphasis on development and construction.

Aimee has been the Broker/Owner of 180 Residential Group, Inc. since 2012  She began her journey in real estate in 2000 as a licensed Realtor handling sales, listings and property management working with Bob Linn of Coldwell Banker and Keller Williams.

Her design eye, extensive knowledge of what consumers are looking for have helped build 180 Development into what it is today.  Aimee handles the transactions for all of 180 Development’s products which also includes managing our portfolio of commercial and residential properties.

Her entrepreneurial spirit started in 1995 after her first son was born and Jeff renovated their detached garage into a neighborhood salon so she could work from home and raise their awesome son Patrick! She went on to open The Barn a shared co-op working space and The Stray, air bnb’s, all located in the Plaza District of OKC!  In 2016, she saw a need for brunch in the Plaza District and the concept of Aurora was born, a farm to table restaurant, in The Plaza District before selling to its current owners in 2019.

Jeff’s entrepreneurial ambitions at the age of 21 began during his college years where he opened Two Frogs Bar and Grill in Stillwater, OK. After learning a lot from this venture, he transitioned into the built environment via house painting/renovations. Jeff's first full-blown renovation started with his and Aimee’s first home and they didn’t stop there. He has since renovated and/or built over 100 units which consist of commercial, multi-family, and single-family homes in the Oklahoma City Metro. If you ask someone what Jeff is best known for, they will likely point you towards The Plaza District. Starting back in 2007 and within the following years, The Struble’s acquired a large portion of The Plaza District and helped with the revitalization which is still taking place to this day. Jeff’s work can be seen from the Mule to the newly built Empire Slice House. Jeff manages the construction and acquisition side of 180 Development.

Jeff Struble

Patrick has grown up in the built environment learning from his parents, Aimee and Jeff. He furthered his knowledge by obtaining a Bachelor’s of Science in Construction Science from the University of Oklahoma. Patrick’s most challenging project to date was the Blackwelder Cottages pocket community project. The compact site and layers on public utilities made for a complex puzzle. Patrick has managed a number of projects ranging from remodels to multi million dollar multi-family projects. He currently overseas the construction arm of 180 Development.
